Full Details for 3 Bedroom End of Terrace for sale in Longfield, DA3 :
If you are looking for the good life then look no further. With a huge plot to the side and rear it makes it perfect for keeping chickens, rabbits and a whole host of animals. With a multitude of outbuildings and a large barn it is great for those who wish to run a business from home. The garden is mainly set to lawn and there is plenty of space for those who have young children to run around and let off steam. In addition there is a large summer house which would be excellent for those who have teenage children wanting their own den, or for occasional extra space for visiting family and friends. The property itself has been completely refurbished and restored to an extremely high standard throughout and there is a beautiful open fireplace to snuggle up to on those cold winter evenings. If you are entertaining, there is a large kitchen/breakfast area for everyone to gather in whilst dinner is preparing and a formal dining area to create that certain ambience. The charm and character of this cottage certainly does not disappoint and continues right the way through to the first floor, where no expense has been spared. There are three generous sized bedrooms, all with stripped wooden floors and a stunning modern bathroom which fits in with the style of the property. This is truly a beautiful house which should not be missed.
When we bought our home about 8 years ago, we knew the moment that we entered through the front door that this was going to be the house for us. Since we have lived here, we have completely refurbished the cottage throughout and have tried to pay attention to the small details, so that we were able to retain the character. The kitchen area has been hand built from scratch using reclaimed wood and a state of the art dual fuelled wood and LPG gas heating system has been installed. Outside, we introduced an allotment area where we grow soft fruits and many vegetables. The summer house is an excellent place for some quiet time and the tree house and sunken trampoline are great when the grandchildren come to visit.
