I was attracted to this place because of the size of the plot and the amount of parking it had to offer.The extension offered that extra bit of space which is very handy, being able to lock those noisy appliances away in the utility room means that more cupboard space in the kitchen and as I say, you can never get enough cupboard space.I have done my best to maintain this place to a good standard so the new owners can move straight in without having to lift a finger. All the amenities are literally on my doorstep too so it is pretty central location.
