When you are looking at buying your first home, choosing a property in a quiet location is important to a lot of buyers and this one will make a great home in that respect as it is in a cul-de-sac and should allow you to live life at home with a little more peace and quiet around you.
Being close to shops and schools is also an important factor these days and commuters will be more than happy with the proximity to the motorway giving more time to spend with the family.
This property is the sort which you can imagine yourself living in for sometime to come and as the living space is so great, inviting friends and family over will be easy. You can just picture your children having many birthdays here, so parties will be easy to cater for too.
Having a property with no onward chain is a huge benefit too as it makes the moving process less stressful and the possibility that your could be in your new home quicker than you thought would also be on the cards.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
I inherited the house in 2002 but have never actually lived there, instead it has been rented out continuously since then with only about 3 months in total being unoccupied! The house is a larger than normal 3 bedroom family house and benefits from having a downstairs toilet which, when you have young children or elderly relatives is invaluable!
Unlike most new builds it has plenty of storage both upstairs and down. I will be honest in that it needs modernising but I think that is reflected in the price and would therefore be a good investment for anyone.
