When we moved into this property in 2001 we felt so lucky having a spacious home and rear garden, together with such good transport links. Commuting to central London is fast and very convenient, which gave us a perfect work/life balance. We have been spoilt by having so much on our doorstep – an excellent primary school just across Woodside Green, Woodside Health Centre nearby, and Addiscombe just a short walk away with local shops, post office and cafes. South Norwood Country Park and Shirley Hills are also close by.
We are simply moving to be closer to family and hope that the new owners will be as happy as we have been living here.
