I have spent 12 years living here and it was the sea views and the potential the garden offered that first attracted me.

Over the years the location has proven to be quiet and private however, still close enough to bus routes and the town centre to be very convenient.

I have always felt my home has a very social feel with the open plan nature of the lounge/diner and the kitchen having a breakfast area which is great for families.

I no longer need a house of this size but will be sad to leave. I just hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as I have.
