We can honestly say that this has been a wonderful property for us. We purchased the house as it was just so spacious compared to other properties available at the time in the price range and was freehold, with a location that was so well located to the high street and great transport links.It turned out to be a great decision because we have had 26 happy years here. We are now moving back to Ireland, if it was not for us relocating we would not dream of selling our home.It will be sad to sell but I know that we are handing over a very good property for the new owners.
