I have lived in Portslade all my life and my wife and I have been very happy in this house for 32 years. From the first floor there are superb views to the east and west.
Transport links and the local parade of shops are five minutes walk away, also there are two pubs situated in the old village of Portslade less than a mile away. This all combines to make it a very good convenient location for everyday life, further to this is Sainsbury’s nearby which is very accessible by a regular bus service.
We have spent many hours in the garden which is a natural warm suntrap. We also built a barbecue in the rear garden and installed electric lights to make it even more pleasurable in the summer months.
