We have lived here for nearly 30 years now and have been so happy with the location more than anything.

The house is so close to everything you need to get to including road and train links that make it easy to get out and about. Southwick Square is a short distance away for local shopping as is Portslade town centre for a great variety of shops.

However we have now decided to move outside of the area but stay close to the sea. This house makes a lovely home for first time buyers and young families as there are schools nearby, parks and of course the beach.
