I liked the fact that this was a nice size 3 bedroom home. Other properties that I saw were either 2 bedrooms or weren’t detached, which wasn’t essential but for the price it was perfect.

It’s also really quiet around here. Knights Park feels like a secluded oasis away from other parts of the town and bigger developments. It feels like a community where people genuinely care!

When I saw the house, I was really impressed by its condition. The previous owners only used it as a holiday home so nothing had to be done, but for ease we have had both the front and rear gardens landscaped.
