We were living in Fetcham and looking to move towards the Horsham area. Having successfully sold our property we were keen to visit the area. We compiled a shortlist of houses and three of them were within Southwater. We spoke to Sue at Cubitt & West who was able to book these in at very short notice. When we arrived we immediately loved the feel of the village. This one really appealed to us because of the quiet cul-de-sac and also the accommodation was exactly what we needed. The icing on the cake was the rear garden which backs onto a wooded copse offering a very private feel.

We have been very happy here, really like the village atmosphere and would love to stay in the Southwater area in the future.
