Full Details for 3 Bedroom Detached for sale in Horsham, RH12 :
This extended three bedroom detached home is in a fantastic location for the whole family. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac it is nice and safe for your children with no speeding cars whizzing by. There are some excellent primary schools within easy walking distance for them too, and afterwards they can always go off and play in the nearby park. Mums and Dads should have an easy commute from here as well. The bypass is nicely out of ear shot but just a few minutes drive away and connects easily with Gatwick and the M23 as well as the A24, A29 and A281. If you are London bound then you can leave your car on your driveway and take a 10 minute walk to Littlehaven station that has regular trains up to the city at peak times. On the ground floor there is a handy cloakroom, lounge and dining room. There is also a third reception room which could make a great home office or play room for the children. What more could you ask for?The property has been well loved but is in an original condition, which we have naturally taken into account within our pricing strategy. The property therefore has huge potential that for DIY enthusiasts will prove to be no more than just a few busy weekends! But don’t just take my word for it
..
I love the lounge here, it is such a nice size room, the patio doors and window make it lovely and bright and give fantastic views over the rear garden. But it is probably the dining room where we spent most of our time together as a family, sharing conversations at meal times and playing board games together. I will take some very happy memories with me when we finally say good bye to the place. The garden is a sensible size, certainly not a little postage stamp but not too big that you have to be a slave to it all weekend. It also has a very sunny aspect and as we are away from busy main roads it’s lovely and quiet, so it’s a great place to sit back and relax after a hard days work.
