We bought this house almost four years ago as it offered us so much more than we were expecting. We didn't ever think that we would be able to get a detached house in our budget, yet alone with the size of the rooms this one has so we jumped at the chance to snap it up. The location is good as it has the benefits of being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Dorking town yet is still within walking distance or even better a ten minute journey on the 93 bus. The bus itself also services the stations so it's a great choice for commuters. There are some incredible walks on the doorstep and in not time you can be heading towards Leith Hill or exploring the various National Trust land of each common. We have loved living here but it's now time to downsize.
