We moved to this area in the 1970's and purchased a property in Barns Green. We liked living there but we decided to move to Southwater to enjoy more facilities. We outgrew our property and wanted to upgrade to 4 bedrooms. We got a call about this one and almost discounted it immediately because it had three bedrooms. We were so glad we viewed it as the size of the plot was like nothing else we had seen and the accommodation with the extension made it feel very workable.

I will be very sad to leave after 32 years, but now I am on my own I need to downsize to something smaller.
