When I first viewed the house 9 years ago I fell in love with it as it was so different from the standard Victorian terraced houses that I had viewed. It offered so much more space with good room sizes and high ceilings, but the real attraction for me was the gardens.

It wasn't in the best condition but I could see the potential and knew that I could make it into a lovely home. Over the years I have decorated, replaced the bathroom, re-vamped the kitchen and it has proved a great place to live.

It is now time for me to move on and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as I have.
