OWNERS COMMENTS The almost beach side location and the size of the house attracted us to the property in the first instance, and it is one of life's little luxuries being able to walk down to the beach on our days off! The layout of the house also appealed to us, having the two reception rooms was on our wish list, as well as having the downstairs cloakroom. We have got lovely neighbours all around us and the neighbourhood is very friendly. It is very convenient living so close to the Fast Cat and the Hovercraft, as well as being within walking distance of the town centre and local shops.
