Mr H's comments: The main attributes that attracted me to the house were the Close itself, being a cul-de-sac had its own appeals, I knew the road and it seemed like a very friendly close, plus it had a driveway for more than one car plus the garage. I have loved the fact that its so quiet here, there is no road noise and I have always had nice neighbours. Overall the house has been very comfortable for me.
