My parents decided to move to Broadstairs for their retirement as they wanted to be near the beach and the sea, and they chose this house because it is in a nice quiet area but within walking distance of the town and several beaches.
Every Summer the grandchildren would spend a couple of weeks with their grandparents when they would walk into Broadstairs and enjoy days on the beach making sand castles & eating ice creams!
They would also go to Margate or Ramsgate beach for the day, making many happy memories which they still treasure.
We hope the new owners enjoy their time here as much as or family have done.
