My Dad has happily lived here for about four years and was attracted to the property as it did not require any updating and, being a bungalow, was all on one level. I live in the area and, although this was important, it still gave him his own independence.

He loves his bungalow and will miss it tremendously but sadly needs to sell as he will be moving into a local care home.
