We have lived here for 23 very happy years and the time has now come for us to downsize. The location has been extremely convenient for us, as on a warm summer's day we would walk into Hythe along the canal path. The beach is only a short drive away and if we need to get a bus, the bus stop is just round the corner with a regular service that will take us into Hythe. When it comes to doing our weekly shop we're spoilt, as in Hythe, not only is there a Sainsbury's and a Waitrose there is also an Iceland and an Aldi.

When we moved here, we couldn't see the bottom of the garden as it was filled with 6ft high brambles, but when you come and view our house you will see why we're going to be sorry to let our garden go.
