I moved here eleven years ago as I fell in love with the size of the house as well as the potential that it offered It needed a lot of work back then and over the years I have completely transformed it. I have had the ground floor extended at the side which has given me extra space and I have also replaced the kitchen and bathrooms and had underfloor heating added downstairs. The location is great for getting to Gatwick and with Ockley station just over half a mile away, it's a perfect choice for commuters that need to get to London daily. I find myself spending more and more time out of the country now which is my only reason for selling and I'm also able to offer the house with no onward chain.
