We have really enjoyed living in our property and have done so happily for around 12 years now. The neighbours are great on both sides and we have always got on with everyone during our time here.

We have always maintained the house well this includes replacing the double glazing and the boiler, we also re-fitted the kitchen and the bathroom.

The garden is absolutely lovely, it’s a good place for us to play outside and is over 70 feet long.

Due to work commitments we have decided to move to the other side of Canterbury or maybe slightly further.
