We moved to the area 12 years ago. At the time Wingham was the perfect location as our youngest daughter went to Wingham primary school and our eldest went to Sandwich Technological School which has great links from Wingham. When we purchased the bungalow it was tenanted with students and the property did require updating, and over the last 10 years we have replaced the boiler and radiators, added a garage, conservatory, landscaped the garden, installed a new kitchen and bathroom as well as cavity wall insulation. We love how quiet it is here and have enjoyed living in North Court Road. The children have now flown the nest and there really is no need for us to have a bungalow this size, so we have decided to sell CHAIN FREE.
