We could not believe our luck when we came to view this lovely period home. It needed a lot of restoration but it was exactly what we had been searching for. We lived near the village, so prior to viewing this house we were already sold on it.

We have worked tirelessly to improve the property to suit our needs and it has been an amazing place to live being opposite the village green where we watch the cricket and spend lots of weekends walking around Sumners Pond and enjoying a meal and a pint at the local pub. It really is like being on holiday here and we shall be very sad to leave but the west country is calling us and we hope we find somewhere as nice as Barns Green.
