We brought our home from new in 2009 and the reason being was due to its location as we loved this village and the quietness of the road. This house ticked all the boxes on our wish list. Everything we ever wanted was within this new home.

We originally bought this home as a 4 bedroom however we changed the layout upstairs slightly which has created 3 big double bedrooms rather than 4 smaller bedrooms. We have left the door in place so if the new owner needs or prefers 4 bedrooms then its easily changed back.
What's great about this house is everything was brand new and still looks fairly new in our opinion. Also with 4 years left on the NHBC it gives extra peace of mind for the next owner.
