Full Details for 3 Bedroom Detached for sale in Sheerness, ME12 :
Listen to the sound of the seagulls calling in the distance, the sea literally just down the road from your front door. Imagine breathing in fresh sea air everyday, sound good? Well what are you waiting for?Picture romantic walks along the beach as the bright orange glow of the sun disappears on the horizon. Imagine the children skimming the water with pebbles or splashing around keeping cool in the sea when the weather is hot.Why not explore some of the beautiful countryside at the weekends, check out Warden Point, it is a very pleasant walk and is surrounded by working farms and open countryside. Ideal if you want to walk the dog in the evening. Alternatively, you could go an explore the area on your bike. There are lots of great places to cycle to and around on the island.Warden Bay itself has been growing in popularity over the past few years for a number of reasons including the fact that there is now a primary school built in the area.In the house one thing you are not short of its space; the lounge area would suit a family or a couple with big furniture. You can use the lounge for a big comfy sofa to relax on whilst leaving the space in the dining area for a table and chairs to eat breakfast or dinner or for the kids to do their homework on.
When looking for a new build home nothing caught our eye until we viewed this home. The plot size was slightly larger than usual giving us the space and mod cons that we needed for modern day living. The lounge/diner has been great for making evening meals more sociable. The en-suite, bathroom and downstairs toilet also gave us plenty of space during
the morning rush. The views to the rear also attracted us to the home; we were lucky not to be overlooked with no one looking in on us.All in all it has been a wonderful family home but with changes to our lifestyle it is now time for a change of area.
