This has been our family home for nearly a decade and although there is room for some upgrades and improvements we have done the basics. We put in a new boiler last year and replaced all the windows when we first moved in. There is a garage with off-street parking and driveway for two cars which is a must have for any family. What we really like is the garden backing onto a woodland area that makes evenings outside so tranquil. Having Pembury School close by is a major plus and there are plenty of places to go and things to do. We have loved our time here and hope the next people do as well.
