The first thing that attracted me to this house was the space! I remember walking in on that first viewing and seeing the size of the lounge and dining areas and just thinking that there was so much space for me to be able to move in and feel comfortable. Also, with the conservatory as well, there was so many options of how I could lay out my home.

The location is also ideal as it is very close to Broadstairs centre and seafront where I run my own local business. So, being able to pop into Broadstairs at the drop of a hat makes the location of this house great.

The garden is lovely, especially in the summer time, when I can soak up the sunshine.
