I have lived in this house in Long Lawford for a long time now and have really enjoyed living in the village which has two good pubs, a Co-op and several take away restaurants. My children are grown up now and have their own children which is why I want to move - to be closer to them. I've found a house with no chain, near to my five grandchildren which means they can stay over more often and I won't miss them growing up! It's a shame to leave the house now as I've put a lot of time, money and energy into improving the place over the last few years. I've landscaped the garden, upgraded the electrics, replaced the Kitchen, Bathroom and Ensuite, as well as putting new glazing in recently as well as wall and loft insulation, but I've found the perfect brand new house in a great location, close to the family.One thing that has been really handy has been the driveway which accommodates 4-6 cars depending upon the size. It's great for parties or if family are coming over, and we really enjoy time in the garden on a sunny evening. Although I'm buying a much larger house now I'll miss having all that parking.
