Full Details for 3 Bedroom Detached for sale in Hythe, CT21 :
This lovely three bedroom detached family home is on one of the best roads in Hythe. So if you are looking for a home which you can remodel and redecorate, then this could be the one for you, as it needs a little bit of updating. The lounge and dining areas still have the original chimney breasts and are calling out for someone to come in and restore them to their former glory (subject to the necessary checks). These would make fantastic focal points and give you somewhere to warm up on a chilly winter’s day. The large kitchen is big enough to take a dining room table and chairs and you can certainly picture the family gathering round the table in the morning, with the smell of fried bacon and fresh coffee in the air. What a lovely way to start your day.The back garden has something for everyone; there is a great lawned area for your children to kick a football around on, and a superb patio area for when friends and family come over for a barbecue. If you have always dreamt of being able to grow your own vegetables, then this garden also ticks that box, as there is a raised vegetable patch, two apple trees, a quince tree and even a greenhouse for you to start your seedlings off in.

My mum and dad bought this house 36 years ago and they choose Hythe because they wanted to be in the catchment area for Folkestone Girls Grammar School, which I later joined and can certainly recommend.Hythe was a fantastic place for us all to live and grow up in, as the beach and canal were only a short walk away. If we needed to get around we didn’t need to rely on mum and dad as the bus stop was just around the corner, giving us easy access to the surrounding towns. If you are looking for a recommendation of the area, my brother and I love Hythe so much that we still live here now.
