My wife and I have owned this property from new and have been really happy here for the past 16 years. We had always wanted a detached property and when we saw these up for sale we just knew we had to have one.

It has been a great place to live as it is a very friendly area with everything close to hand. We have also raised our children here and it has been great when needing to walk them to school.

We have now decided to move to the coast and like the idea of purchasing a bungalow. We will be sad to leave our home behind and hope the new owners will also be very happy here.
