I bought my home around fourteen years ago; I chose it because it was modern and set at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic out the front. I liked the fact it had very easy parking and that you can put your car in the garage.

Since I have been here I have added a porch and a conservatory and changed the bathroom to a shower room which is really convenient and easy.

I do love the area and intend to stay local, but just to downsize as I just don’t need the amount of space I have here now.
