I have really enjoyed my 6 years living here. The maintenance company who look after the development do an excellent job; there is never any litter and all the green areas are kept looking good all year round.

The location is perfect for me, the motorway link to the M20 at junction 4 is within a 2 minute drive. The Leybourne Lakes Country Park nearby is outstandingly beautiful and I often take a nice walk around the waters edge.

It's a nice place to live, it feels secure and it has a lovely view with the central green directly adjacent to my house.
