I bought the property because it was tucked out of the way with its own private drive. It is close enough to the town centre to be able to walk down every now and again or walk to the train station. Yet, it is far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of a busy town.The plot was perfect, it is not particularly overlooked and there is lots of parking to the front. It is actually quite a good size plot.
