The Old Coach HouseDeceptively spacious 3 bedroom house close to all amenities. Recently we have replaced all the Velux windows.re-carpeted throughout the upstairs. New bath room suite was replace about 2 ½ years ago along with radiators complete with thermostat controlled taps. Within the last 18 months we had the down stairs toilet replaced and kitchen and hallway re-tiled. The garage which has its own electric supply has had its roof replaced with new boards and re-feltedThe property is located in the old part of Wool a peaceful and quiet part of the villageWe are adjacent to the local SPAR convenience store which houses the village post office, the next nearest is in Wareham approx. 5 miles awayThere is the village bakery approx. 50 metres away were they make their bread on site fresh dailyThe black bear opposite is a friendly local Pub , if they have a music or party the land lady will notify in advance this only happens on 3 may 4 times a year. We do not get problems from them and always made very welcome when using the facilities
