We were already living in Southwater and really wanted to stay within the village as we really love it here. It is ideal for commuting to work but ultimately we needed a bit more space as we were planning on starting a family. At the time there was not much available and we were starting to become disillusioned but we then were informed of this property which needed a bit of work doing to it.When we arrived we loved the position of the property and once inside we could see real potential and loved the flow of the rooms. As soon as we saw how big and private the garden was we knew we had to have it. We have been very happy here and will be sad to leave but won't be moving far away.
