We moved here from a commuter town to enjoy a quieter life. St Nicholas at Wade is a lovely old fashioned village that has a community atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. Everyone is really friendly and unusually for this day and age the community arranges all kinds of activities for its residents.

The two pubs in the village are also full of charm and are a great way to catch up on local news. We feel years younger from living here!
