VENDORS COMMENTS When the children went away to university we purchased Willow Cottage after selling a rather large house in Newcastle. This is where we were going to retire to. The village is lovely, the people friendly and the house is perfectly located just 100 yards outside of the village. The river is close and there are many walks. There is an island just on the other side of the river that has the most beautiful display of spring flowers. We always thought we would be here forever!

However, several years back we purchased a house in the south of Spain and our plans changed. When we retire we want to spend 6 months here and 6 months there. So, sadly and reluctantly, we are going to sell this house so we can buy something smaller that we can 'lock up' and leave.
