When we first walked in the front door, the lounge area door was open, we saw our first glimpse of the garden through the back windows and thought "Wow!". We spend a lot of time outdoors and the gardens have been perfect; we have taken great pleasure in looking after them.

We enjoy cycling and there are a lot of different routes we can take and go on long rides.

We have found Sellindge to be quite convenient as in addition to the local store, there is a doctor's surgery, church and pub. We have found access into the larger nearby towns quite easy if we need the bigger shops.
