We wanted to move to a quiet area but had to be close to the sea front, as we have always wanted to live by the water.

We moved from a large home so size was important and we needed three bedrooms for when friends and family visit. We couldn't believe how hard it was to find a suitable property, everything was just too small.

When we arrived to view it looked pretty but looked of average size from the outside. Looks are deceiving, wow, we couldn't believe the size when we entered the property. That and the really large garden just sold the property to us.
