We have lived here for over 12 years now and have seen our family grow up. When we moved here, we couldn’t possibly have imagined how much we were going to enjoy living in this property.

The house has been perfect for our family , getting to work is so easy and the schools nearby have been great for the kids and the garden-once we sorted it all out, has seen many a ball kicked and a family gathering over the years.

We are staying locally in Woodingdean, but as the children are growing into adults so it’s time for an extra room or two! We will genuinely be sad to leave, but at the same time we are excited about the new chapter about to open in our lives.
