My parents lived in this bungalow since its original build and always loved its location and garden. The property was one of the first Guild Way builds and due to this, it is mainly plasterboard walls throughout making it far easier to open rooms up if buyers needed.Due to the amount time I have lived in the bungalow, the property would benefit from some upgrading but already offers a wood burning stove and a modern shower room as well as the family bathroom.I will be very sad to leave this home, but feel it is time to move to pastures new.
