This property has been in my family for many years and is the property I grew up in.

The location is great as the cul-de-sac is very quiet but it’s really easy to reach both Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate town centres via the loop bus route, and really close by is Westwood Cross shopping centre.

My dad used to enjoy tinkering with cars, so the garage is wider than average enabling you to work on a car and there is also a maintenance pit!

In recent years solar panels have been fitted to the roof providing an energy efficient bungalow to run.
