No chopping trees.11. No mowing of grass is permitted outside bungalow and caravan plots.12. Evergreens, rose cuttings or any other plants from gardens must not be thrown on to the field as these can kill sheep.13. Tenants must drive their vehicles only on the site roads and not on the fields as they can get stuck when wet.14. No businesses are permitted to be operated from any bungalow or caravan and no businesses are to be advertised on site.15. Please keep to the site speed limit of 10 mph.16. Rents must be paid in full before the sale of any bungalow or caravan and purchasers must be informed of site rules.17. All persons wishing to sell properties must notify Mr. and Mrs. D.A. Tenants who fail to turn off their stop taps will be charged according to water loss if there is a water leak.24. Any damage to the trustee's farms by persons occupying any bungalow or caravan or their visitors will be the responsibility of the bungalow or caravan owner and will be charged accordingly.25. Bonfires and fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the site or in bungalow/caravan gardens.26. Each bungalow or caravan must be clearly named to enable delivery people etc. to find individual plots. No deliveries or mail is to be left at Crossing Cottage.27. Veterinary advice has informed us that cats cause major diseases to sheep, therefore cat owners on the site are requested to keep cats in their gardens only.28. Due to Wyre Forest District Council objecting to abandoned and untaxed vehicles, touring caravans and trailers and abandoned building materials, logs and rubbish in general, it is now strictly forbidden that any of these be present on the site. Failure to comply will result in the trustees removing these at the owners expense and a fine of £10 per day will be charged to the property occupier.29. Tenants wishing to carry out any building work to their property must first seek planning permission from WFDC Planning Department, telephone: 01562 820505.30. Unpaid site rents will be passed on to a debt recovery firms and tenants could face County Court Judgements against them for non-payment.
