My mother was over the moon when this bungalow became available. The beach was at the end of the road and everything that was important to her was close by. She could step out into the garden from both the kitchen and the dining room. Having all the accommodation on one level also suited her very well. The upstairs bedroom was there for when family from Austria came to stay and they could have their own independence. She used to enjoy fish and chips at the Minnis and made lots of new friends in the area.
