What attracted me most to this house was the location, as it's lovely and quiet with no passing traffic, and I have loved spending time in the peaceful back garden.
I was also attracted to the amount of space the house has and having a large bedroom with en-suite upstairs has been a real bonus when I have had family to stay as we're not queuing to use the downstairs loo and bathroom.
I will be sad to leave this property but the reason I am moving is that I have family who live further away and I want to be close to them for the rest of my retirement. I hope that the next owners are as happy here as I have been.
