The home was built approximately 2006, so it has decent insulation, and plenty of eave storage upstairs. Outside we have managed to park comfortably four cars. We can walk down the road for a drink and chat with our friends and neighbours at the village pub without getting the car out. The garden has so much more potential being a decent size, but we haven’t had time to make the most of it. We are also on the bus route to Tonbridge and Paddock wood. Whilst we have enjoyed village living we have several towns nearby and train stations at Paddock Wood and Tonbridge. Paddock Wood being the closest has a selection of shops, supermarket, doctors, vets etc so it’s all very convenient. A change of area to be closer to work is the reason for the sale.
