A note from our vendor What we have always loved most about this house is the amount of light that pours into the main rooms. We also enjoy the front aspect overlooking the garden and the roundabout, when the trees are in leaf you can hardly see any of the other houses and it gives you the feeling of being remote and isolated.

. The conservatory faces East which gives us a beautiful morning sun, we always enjoy sitting out there to see the sun rise with our morning coffee.

. There are small but very productive gooseberry and blackcurrant bushes in the front garden. We recommend that the new owners use a net to keep the small birds away as they enjoy them as much as us once ripe. In the back garden there are cooking apple, eating apple and pear trees. There is also a new plum tree that should fruit this year or next. We certainly get plenty from them year after year.

. There are small, raised vegetable beds by the path that are easy to keep. We grow small amounts of vegetables in these. There is another bed behind the shed that we used for beans this year.

. It's safe to say that we will miss Wild Wood once we have moved, we have put everything in to making this beautiful place to live and we really hope that the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have.
