When I discovered this property 3 years ago it stood out among all the others I had viewed. I instantly fell in love with the uniqueness of it and could immediately see the potential.
I have opened up the kitchen and lounge/dining areas to make a large entertaining space, installed a brand new kitchen and bathroom, landscaped the gardens, created off street parking and re-decorated throughout.
I enjoyed living here, it's been the ideal location for me, close to the town and yet just a stones throw from the Glory Woods.
I didn't intend to stay as long as I have when the renovations were complete, but I enjoyed living here so much I decided to stay longer. I am now looking to sell with no onward chain.
