We have been very happy here. The area is very convenient - there is a regular bus service that takes you in and out of town, a shopping parade nearby and of course the seafront is just a short walk away.

Having so much parking space has been very useful when we have visitors and it means we can safely park our cars away from the road. The storage available in the garage is handy too and it makes a good workshop if you like to tinker. We currently use one of the bedrooms as an office and having an en suite upstairs makes life just that little more easy.

If it wasn't for the fact that we are now looking for another bedroom we would be staying here.
