Full Details for 3 Bedroom Barn Conversion for sale in Canterbury, CT3 :
What a fantastic opportunity this is to purchase a character home in a stunning location. There are so many wow factors to see here! Firstly, there is all the character on offer – there’s a lovely open fireplace, beams, vaulted ceilings and lots more besides! The second bedroom is a mezzanine room and is arranged over 2 floors, offering another level of interest! The downstairs accommodation is of a particularly good size and even includes a library! If you’re ever dreamed of having your own library, then this could be your dream come true! The library could lend itself for other purposes such as a second lounge, opening as it does onto a sunny and secluded patio. There are mod cons such as an en-suite, family bathroom and downstairs WC. All of it is presented in great decorative order and ready to move in.The garden enjoys breath taking views. You really will enjoy being out here and if you have children, the garden will be great for a game of cricket. The summer house houses the Jacuzzi and sauna and has sliding windows which open up and really allows you to enjoy that view during the warmer weather .There’s a garage, parking and lots more to see!You really must come and view this stunning home to fully appreciate it and the fabulous location.
Our home was converted in the late 1980's from a barn built in 1880. We were immediately struck by the character of the place. It’s full of beams and beautiful brick work. We have added 2 extensions, which includes the addition of a library at the back of the house. The view from the back of the house and the garden is absolutely stunning. We added the Jacuzzi/hot tub in the back garden and it’s absolutely fantastic to enjoy that fabulous view from there. The view changes with every season and it’s a bit like having a moving photograph. It’s very rural here and many walks over fields or on country lanes begin at the property, yet still handy for Ash, Sandwich, its town shops and railway station. Canterbury and Westwood Cross are all easy to get to.
